Deep Bore Water Wells – Murundu, Zambia

The last week of August we will be traveling to Murundu to check up on our deep bore water well project.

We have completed the installation of five wells and we will participate in the installation of ten more wells during this visit. We will also visit the Debbie Joy School that we help fund. During our project visit we will spend time local families before setting off on an adventure deep into the African bush and an excursion to Victoria Falls.

Although this trip will be full of fun and adventure, it will not be a vacation. Be ready to be part of a deep immersive experience, interacting with the local people that our project supports. We will get to know the people we are helping. We will eat with them, hug them and get our hands dirty. An experience like this can be life-changing.

Murundu Trip Report
My life changed the day I walked through the gates of a school in a remote village of Africa.I heard stories about the school many years ago and started following their progress, but I finally got a chance to see it for myself. My cousin Tannen started the school about 10 years ago and her story is extraordinary.

Safari Experience

After spending a couple of days at the project site we will set off for an adventure deep in the African bush and visit Victoria Falls, one of the largest falls on earth. We will see African animals such as lions, elephants, rhinos and giraffe in their natural habitat.

This safari adventure will provide an opportunity to process what we learn from the project site and make plans for future action while experiencing some of the most amazing places on earth.

Network & Collaborate

These experiences also give us the opportunity to network and collaborate with fellow entrepreneurs who think big and have vision way beyond ourselves for the greater good.

This trip is organized by effgg.org founder Eric VanZwieten
